We are confident that we can offer you an excellent opportunity to earn a substantial income (at £70 per hour) by engaging in interesting and rewarding work. This will be your own business, allowing you to keep all your earnings (£140 per clean). We are seeking around 70 women naked cleaners (one per county) to represent all the counties in the UK. (We are also seeking several naked cleaners in the London area.)

Most ‘Franchisors’ carve the country into much smaller areas and look for 1,000 franchisees or more. Our approach is different: each territory is 1 whole county. We aim to have 1 woman naked cleaner in each county in the UK. And your pay will be £70 per hour.

Financial

With every franchise I’ve ever known there is a franchise fee (which is usually considerable – often over £20,000), and an additional monthly amount which is often a percentage of sales – typically, maybe, about 10% of sales (or income).

We may describe the additional amount – the example I’ve given here being 10% of sales – as ‘rent’.

So there is the franchise fee and the ‘rent’.

Believe it or not, with us, the Franchise Fee is £0 (zero); and the ‘rent’ is only £60 per month.

ALSO We won’t expect you to pay anything at all (not even the £60 per month) – until you have really started to get going – not until you have 5 regular customers.

I’ll just say that 20 years ago or so I was looking round for a franchise opportunity and there was virtually nothing under £10,000 – in fact not much under £20,000, if I remember rightly. And most ‘Franchisors’ carved the country up into much smaller ‘bits’ – it was not uncommon for them to be looking for 1,000 Franchisees or more.

‘As explained above, we will advertise quite widely. All customer enquiries in your area are passed directly to you.’

Earnings Insight

We hope most customers will want a regular clean, perhaps once a fortnight. With regular clients, you only require about 20 customers to have a 'going concern'.

Customer Goal

Bear in mind that most naked cleaner agencies take over £50 per clean from the money, usually in the form of a ‘booking fee’. With us, you keep all your earnings – all the £140 for a 2 hour clean.
[Because we don’t take any money from you, probably for several weeks, we do expect you to do something. We expect you to deliver 200 leaflets a week which will advertise your naked cleaners agency locally (to you). We will deliver these leaflets to you. This, we find, is the best way to quickly build up a clientele (locally to you). We simply don’t get enough enquiries via the Internet in each county to be able to quickly build up your business for you. (You don’t have to pay for these leaflets.]

It is unlikely that we will be able to provide enough naked cleaning work for you to work full-time as a naked cleaner for a while, so we would advise you not to give up your ‘day job’, but to do the naked cleaning mainly evenings and weekends, initially.

ALSO (if you wish) you will have the opportunity to take part in glamour photoshoots (with amateur photographers) for which the pay will be £110 per hour. (Arranged through our ‘sister site’ www.slightly-naughty-entertainment.co.uk.)
